OTOBA  
RESCUE OREGON THOROUGHBRED BREEDING PLAN

$1,000 will be paid to the breeder of an Oregon-bred Thoroughbred foal born in 2021, 2022, and 2023. 
$250 will be paid to the owner of stallions standing in Oregon who sired an Oregon-bred Thoroughbred foal born in 2021 and 2022!
$250 will be paid to the owner of broodmares of Oregon-bred Thoroughbred foals born in 2021 and 2022!
Foals must be registered with the Jockey Club and a copy of the certificate must be sent to the OTOBA for processing. Broodmare and Stallion incentives will be paid once the Oregon-bred foal is registered with the Jockey Club and the certificate has been sent to the OTOBA.
Proof of ownership of stallions and broodmares must be provided to the OTOBA. 
Stallions must be standing in Oregon.
Starts must be officially recorded on Equibase.
A 5% non-member fee will be withheld from payments. Visit the Membership tab to join or renew today!
